Christmas Returns
Over the holiday season, for added peace of mind, we have extended our returns period. In addition to our standard exchange and refund policy, purchases made between 9th December 2020 and 24th December 2020 can be returned for exchange up until 5th January 2021.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy forms part of our main terms of business. By purchasing from us, you agree to both this returns policy and our terms of business found here.
Items must be unused and resaleable as new, including undamaged packaging and all included inserts. Failure to do so may result in your refund or exchange being refused.
WsC watch straps are sold as jewellery items, intended to be worn against a person’s skin. As such, we adhere to strict hygiene policies. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items if the tamper-evident packaging / security seal shows any signs of being opened / tampered with. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights. WsC packaging boxes can be opened to view the strap within its tamper-evident packaging, this will enable you to see the colour and style of the strap in person. Strap measurements are provided on our product pages. As stated above, for hygiene reasons straps that have been worn / tried on cannot be returned.
Please ensure to enclose your original invoice as proof of purchase, any item(s) returned without proof of purchase will be refused.

We highly recommend sending your item(s) back to us on a tracked service as the item(s) remains the customers’ responsibility until a signature by The Watch Strap Co has been obtained. We advise for you to obtain a certificate of postage for your records. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Please ensure that your item is packaged appropriately before returning to us, as any damage caused to the item whatsoever during transit will remain the customer’s responsibility. Returns will not be accepted on any items damaged in transit or whilst in the care of the customer. Returns must also include a return reason, such as for refund or exchange, so that we can process the return accordingly.
Refunds
Items must be delivered back to us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or alternatively, a gift card can be issued, should you prefer. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed. Upon receiving this email, please allow 5-10 working days for this to show in your available funds. This may vary depending on your bank.
Express delivery shipping costs (including any shipping option other than the free option), personalised items (including engraved watch straps) and/or gift-wrapping are non-refundable.
Faults
In the unlikely event of there being any signs of a fault developing, this must be reported to us, in writing, before this develops further. If allowed to develop into a more significant issue / the extent of the damage/fault worsens, returns will not be accepted.
Faulty items must be returned to us within 14 days of us first being notified of the fault unless agreed otherwise, by us, in writing.
Post-Checkout Offers
Following the initial purchase of one or more items, we may present you with a number of post-checkout offers. If you decide to take advantage of any of these offers and later return any of the items from your initial order for a refund (whilst failing to return all of the post-checkout offer items*) the difference between the full item price (at the time of return) and the price paid for the product/s offered to you (as part of the post-checkout offers) will be deducted from any amount refunded.
*If you decide to return any items purchased as part of a post-checkout offer, the items must be returned as new, in re-saleable condition, with the hygiene seal intact and in line with any other conditions laid out in this returns policy / our terms and conditions relating to item returns.
